How to get legal advice

If you want legal advice on your situation, the next step is a paid consultation with one of our lawyers. Consultations are booked first come, first served.

We meet you first

We do not open files or sign a retainer agreement by email, even if your documents are ready. We first meet you to understand your file, the risks and your chances of success, so that both of us know who we will be working with and what we will be doing.

Flat fees, no hourly reviews

Please note that we no longer offer hourly file reviews or limited scope retainers, including reviews of applications you have prepared yourself. After a consultation, we are happy to take on your file for a flat fee, with or without our genealogy team. Here is why we made this change.

Our fees are public

All of our fees are published on our fees page, and the full citizenship by descent package and process are described here.
