He informed me in our first consultation session, of how likely my case was going to succeed, after that session, he provided me notes of the same (and even the minutes), giving me time to reflect, and thus helping me make an informed decision, which turned out to be, in my case, a good one. My consultation with Cedric regarding our family's C-3 application was extremely helpful. He is very knowledgeable about the new (and old) legislative changes and how to put together a complete application.
