How do we collect reviews? After every consultation, we automatically send a thank you email and we ask clients to leave a review. Clients are never expected or pressured to write a review. We do not offer discounts, incentives, or preferential treatment in exchange for a review. Every client receives the same follow up email, including those whose case may not have a strong chance of success or who may disagree with our legal advice.
