Our Process

Consult
Your first step is a consultation with a Canadian immigration lawyer. We review your family tree, confirm whether you qualify for citizenship by descent, including under Bill C-3, and give you a clear legal strategy. Real advice, no sales pitch. Learn more about consults.
2.
Prepare & Research
If you proceed, you work with Cédric Marin and an associate lawyer. Our in-house genealogist traces your lineage and we obtain the records that prove it, while your lawyers draft your forms and legal submissions. Learn more about what sets us apart.
3.
Apply
Before we file, a third lawyer who has not worked on your file reviews your application the way an immigration officer would, and Cédric Marin conducts the final review and signs off. We submit it directly to IRCC and cover the mailing costs. If IRCC returns it as incomplete, we resubmit at no charge. Learn more about how we work with you.
