
Jubilee Lambie is an articling student that is currently working under the supervision of immigration lawyer Cédric Marin. She assists individuals and organizations on Canadian immigration matters, including applications, refusals, Federal Court judicial reviews with an additional focus on criminal inadmissibility.
Jubilee Lambie is an Articling Student at Marin Immigration Law. Under the supervision and guidance of Cedric Marin, she helps individuals, families, and businesses across Canada and internationally with immigration applications, refusals (e.g. judicial reviews) and delays (mandamus). Jubilee brings a unique attention to detail and a client focused approach to all of her work. She is diligent, focused and brings a wealth of legal and academic knowledge to every case she encounters.
Jubilee is an articling student with a strong foundation in advocacy, legal research, and analytical writing. In 2025, Jubilee was the Champion of the Adam F. Fanaki Moot Competition, also earning awards for Best Respondent Team and Best Faculty. Acting as counsel for the Commissioner of Competition in a fictional abuse of dominance case, Jubilee developed and presented sophisticated legal arguments grounded in detailed statutory and case law analysis. Jubilee was further recognized as Second Runner-Up Best Respondent Oralist for exceptional clarity, courtroom presence, and legal reasoning, and received the award for Best Respondent Factum for authoring the top written submission in the competition.
