Previously, Harleen assisted in start-up visa business immigration cases and intra-company transfers for corporations, bringing knowledge and experience for both companies and individuals.
Before relocating to Canada, Harleen practised law in India, where she developed a strong foundation in criminal and civil litigation. Her criminal practice involved managing complex bail applications and defending clients facing serious charges—including assault, sexual offences, and crimes against women and children. Harleen also handled a range of civil matters, including matrimonial disputes, divorce proceedings, and child custody cases.
